Friday Night Downtown

On Friday night a group of friends went out to celebrate my good friend Heather’s birthday. We decided to go to a fondue place that is next to the restaurant owned by former Bachelor contestant Aaron Buerge. It was extremely cramped because of first Friday Artwalk so we did a lot of walking!

We had a wonderful time, and couldn’t get over how good the white chocolate raspberry dessert was! The drinks were delicious as well. I love exploring new restaurants and I can’t wait to try another new one!

Designer Spotlight: Tory Burch

I have always been a fan of the Tory Burch Reva flats, the amount of colors they’re available in astounds me. I recently took the time to explore her website beyond the Reva shop, and fell in love with so many pieces. Tory has an amazingly sophisticated style that can be utilized by all walks of life. Undeniably some pieces are geared more towards the ladies who lunch crowd, but her new denim collection is youthful while still being classy.

Review: Juicy Couture Lock-It Larchmont Leather Shoulder Bag

I got this Lock-It Larchmont Leather Shoulder Bag from Saks.com in late February. I had been eyeing it since before Christmas and it had finally went on sale. I was so excited when I got it, and I immediately started carrying it. Within two weeks the front panel had a place in the leather that was weak enough that if I caught it on anything it would tear a hole. Luckily that hasn’t happened, but the spot is so thin it wouldn’t take much.

Also parts of this bag have begun to turn blue! I’m not certain why this is happening. I took it to a leather repair shop and they thought it was the dye that was used. They also checked the weak spot and told me there was nothing that could be done. While the bottom of the bag is in excellent condition because I always hang my purses, these spots just can’t be explained.

Another problem I’ve had has been with rain. The rain stains the bag if it even gets one drop on it. I didn’t have a jacket to stuff it in one day and so I had to run to my car, these water spots have faded a bit but if you look close they’re still there.

This all being said, I love the interior of the bag! It’s so roomy, and the lovely purple color compliments the neutral beige tone so well. The pockets are handy and the shape is wonderful. Overall I was severely disappointed with this purse, and I know I’m not the only one. A friend has the exact same one and her’s has turned blue worse than mine has.

Caught Red Sole’d

A name that’s synonymous with class and style in my mind is definitely Christian Louboutin. Every single shoe has something special that set’s it apart from many in the large designer shoe market. While I can’t own every shoe in this post, I’m damn well going to try.

Since I got a new bag recently, I feel like I need a new pair of FMP’s (if you don’t know what that is, well…) and soon. I have never owned a pair of Louboutin’s, and I really want to. There are so many chic styles that I can’t quit looking at. From wedges, booties, boots, and pumps I could imagine the outfit I would pair them with. All of the shoes in this post can be purchased at Saks, Bergdorf Goodman, or Neiman Marcus.

Vampires, Warewolves, and Gorgeous Scenery-Oh My!

JBrand 912 in Dark Vintage, American Eagle Flats, SimDog T-shirt, Tiffany Key Necklace.

While many people don’t admit it, I do completely. Hi, I’m Sarah and I’m a Twilighter.

After spending time in Seattle, Brian and I decided to take a trip on the 101 around the whole peninsula. I am so glad we did this even though it took all day. The whole area is gorgeous, not just Forks and La Push. Crescent Lake and the Hoh rainforest absolutely floored me with their natural beauty. If you ever have the opportunity to take this trip I absolutely recommend it!

Also, I was blown away by the interior of the store Dazzled by Twilight. I couldn’t help taking a picture, it was just too fun.

From This View

After a long night in a hotel that looked nice online, but really was trashy Brian and I picked up our rental car and made our way to Seattle. I can’t express my love for this city enough. While we were there on a sunny day, we had some of the most gorgeous views of the city, sounds, and everything in between.

We just hit up the two major tourist attractions in the Belltown area, and absolutely fell in love with it. It was so clean, people walked everywhere it seemed, and there were so many fun shops we ended up looking through. Seattle you have captured my heart, treat it well!

Faithfully

JBrand boutique jeans, H&M jacket, Tiffany key necklace, Ray Ban cockpit sunglasses, and Aldo sandals.

After spending the night in Billings, Montana and eating dinner with a friend of my father’s we set out early to Yellowstone National Park. While I was ready to move onto Washington I’m glad we took this side trip. I took easily over 100 photos in the park, but these are just some of my absolute favorites.

We also ran into some people from the area I live in eating lunch while we were waiting for Old Faithful. It’s amazing the amount of people that are there just to see it happen. It’s amazing how accurate the workers at the park are when they estimate a time, it blew only 1 minute late for us.
